What you can email us about

• Calculator errors — if a result looks wrong, tell us which calculator, what inputs you used, and what you expected. Include a screenshot if possible.
• Outdated rates — if a tax rate, threshold, super cap, or pension figure is out of date, point us at the official source. We'll update on the next deploy.
• Feature requests — calculators you'd find useful that aren't here yet. We can't promise to build everything, but we read every request.
• Source corrections — if a citation links to the wrong page or an outdated document, let us know.
• Accessibility issues — if any part of the Site doesn't work with assistive technology you're using, please tell us.
• Privacy questions — see the Privacy Policy first; for anything not covered there, get in touch.

What we can't help with

Australian Life Costs does not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL) and is not authorised to provide personal financial advice. We cannot answer questions about your specific financial situation — what to do with your super, whether to take a redundancy package, which mortgage to choose, or anything similar.

For personal advice, please speak with a licensed financial adviser, accountant, or other appropriate professional. ASIC MoneySmart's adviser register is the official starting point.
